I made this timelapse video in downtown Norfolk, Virginia way back in December 2021. One scene is morning, and the other is evening/night. If you’re not familiar with the area, the river is called the Elizabeth River, and the buildings on the other side of the river are in another city called Portsmouth, Virginia. This region as a whole is known as Hampton Roads, the 757, or Tidewater. Enjoy!
